At Shire Co., every piece of apparel is produced specifically for your order through our print-on-demand manufacturing partners. We strive to deliver quality products and stand behind the merchandise we sell.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes ordered by customers

  • Changes of mind

  • Accidental purchases after production has begun

  • Personal preferences regarding colors, styles, or fit

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at help.shireco@gmail.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs of the affected product when available.

We will review your claim and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins.

Once an order enters production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes to an order.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery period, contact us at help.shireco@gmail.com.

We will investigate the shipment with the applicable carrier and fulfillment partner and provide a resolution consistent with applicable law.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days after approval. Additional processing time may be required by your financial institution.

Return Shipping

Do not ship merchandise back without first contacting Shire Co. for instructions.

For approved claims involving defective or incorrect merchandise, we will provide the appropriate remedy without charging return shipping fees.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable consumer protection laws.
